We offer service for client and enterprise IT devices, outsourcing of local IT resources, remote support of IT equipment users as well as storage and transport of IT components. Our network of service and logistics centers guarantees high availability of all our services in every corner of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We offer ‘break and fix’ IMACD+ services at the highest level as well as comprehensive solutions combining all aspects of IT asset care. IT equipment service

Each month we handle approximately 12,000 service interventions.

We provide warranty services (for and on behalf of leading IT equipment manufacturers), post-warranty services (based on numerous service authorizations) and extended maintenance services, designed and implemented in accordance with individual customer expectations.

We work around the clock seven days a week to ensure comprehensive support for critical elements of IT infrastructure. We are known for high availability even at a 3H CTR  (3 hours call to repair) level.

We offer support for the following IT equipment:

enterprise devices (including servers, arrays)

client devices (PCs, notebooks, tablets, projectors, printing devices, large-format multifunction devices).

We offer both on-location services for device repairs as well as stationary service, ensuring diagnosis and equipment repair in our CSS service center.

Outsourcing of local IT resources

We provide comprehensive solutions in the field of IT asset management. We build and train teams as well as design and implement processes that allow for optimal management of workstations, peripheral infrastructure and accessories as well as optimization of IT costs in large, medium and small organizations.

We have many years of experience in an extended range of services, including:

  • installations – single and mass roll-outs of devices,
  • relocation – relocation of individual positions, teams, and entire facilities and organizations,
  • additions – management of IT peripherals and accessories (including master data management MDM),
  • liquidations – individual workstations and entire organizational units,
  • IT hardware disposal – as part of an organization’s IT hardware lifecycle management.

We offer our clients remote and direct support of equipment end-users while solving HW and application availability issues. We also provide services designed to proactively secure the availability of IT environments in changing infrastructural conditions, to manage the life cycle of IT devices, to care for equipment stock, to keep an inventory of IT assets and to update CMDB databases.

We also offer support for teleconferencing systems (equipment management and equipment availability in VC rooms; solving problems reported by users).

Remote IT support

We provide remote support services for IT equipment users including registering a report, conducting a remote diagnosis, categorizing the problem and either enacting a solution or transferring the order to a higher level of support.

Logistics

We provide warehouse services for IT equipment producers and for organizations whose business activities require the construction and management of an IT warehouse.

We have a central warehouse in Warsaw with 2 storage levels, high-bay warehousing as well as a network of regional warehouses. Average utilization of the central warehouse is just over 30,000 IT components, generating approx. 26,000 warehouse movements each month. We individuate separate warehouse space for clients with special access control, additional security and strict monitoring.

Our team of logistics specialists and their many years of industry experience ensure efficient service and punctuality.

We provide IT equipment transport services, guaranteeing timely delivery of equipment and spare parts around the clock, 7 days a week (Service level agreement terms even up to 2h Call-2-Delivery).

We have extensive experience in the transport of IT equipment and the necessary means for specialized transport services, including secured and monitored transport o critical resources.
